Your privacy matters

Prayer requests can contain sensitive personal information. Share only what you have permission to share.

Group access requires active, approved membership. Confidential requests and their timelines are limited to their author and that group's owner and administrators. Authors also need ongoing group membership.

Changing a request from Confidential to Group members shares its existing updates and answers with approved members of that group.

Platform and organization administrative roles do not automatically grant access to private group prayers. Authorized infrastructure operators can technically access stored data and must follow access and confidentiality procedures.

Pages are not stored for offline reading. Sign out when using a shared device.

When email delivery is enabled, new members verify their address before signing in. Verified addresses can receive password reset and invitation emails. Optional new-prayer emails contain no prayer details and can be turned off in Account settings.

Before production use, the operator must publish contact details, retention and deletion procedures, and an applicable privacy policy.
